The short answer
There is no honest ranking of the best solar companies in India, because the best installer for a 3 kW home in Coimbatore is rarely the best for a 10 kW villa in Jaipur. What you can judge objectively: whether the company is registered as a vendor on the national portal (required for the subsidy), whether it gives itemised quotes, how long it has operated in your city, what its warranty actually covers, and whether it will name the brands it installs in writing.
